CHiC Aesthetic Shipping Policy

At CHiC Aesthetic, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and timely delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy below for more information on order processing and delivery times.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) on Fridays, or during the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday.
Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. This includes order verification, packaging, and preparing for shipment.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times are calculated based on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the carrier.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Cutoff Times:

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday.

Holidays:

Our warehouse is closed on national holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer domestic shipping options to serve customers.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be fully active.

Additional Information:

Delivery Delays: Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. CHiC Aesthetic is not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
